ABOUT
In today's life with all its stressors, there are so many things that can cause pain, discomfort and insecurities in our bodies. As a person-centered therapist, I strive to aid every patient in the facilitation of resilient and pain-free movement, a process with many parallels to the psychological journey. I make use of multiple physiotherapeutic modalities, of which the most significant is movement and exercise therapy. I enjoy finding new and exciting ways to make patients enjoy physical activity as well as understand the positive benefits it has for physical and mental health. There is never a dull moment in my sessions and there will always be fun and laughter alongside insightful learning.
I my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature, as well as doing some form of exercise.
Here at Optima Rustenvrede, I am responsible for the group physiotherapy programs.
