ALÉ RADMORE

I am an educational psychologist who completed my Master’s degree at the University of Stellenbosch and my Executive Functioning Coaching qualification through Connections in Mind (CiM) in the UK. I have a strong passion for working with individuals who want to better understand themselves and how they function in the world. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the complexity, adaptability, and potential of the human brain. I strongly believe that insight into how your unique brain works is a powerful catalyst for meaningful change.

I have a special interest in neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g. ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders) and the impact of executive functioning on daily functioning. By using a safe therapeutic relationship based on empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity, I facilitate the client’s process of creating new habits, stimulating new neural pathways in the brain that can bring about future change and transformation.

I have a background in both inclusive mainstream schools and special needs schools, where I have worked with children, adolescents, parents, and teachers across different contexts. This experience has shaped my holistic approach to supporting individuals as part of a broader system, using key role players such as schools and parents to strengthen the support process.

I value the individuality of each person and strive to create a safe space in which they can explore natural strengths and assets while strengthening areas of challenge. I assist my clients in taking ownership of their own lives and in developing bespoke solutions for their future thriving.
