Groups will be run by psychologists and occupational therapists.
We will teach and practice skills like mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness.
We will focus on crisis and conflict management. Information about attachment styles and effective boundaries will be imparted to parents. Adolescents will learn about their personality profiles, using the MBTI. We will also focus on understanding sensory profiles, all through having fun and learning together.
